About the Role

Bespoke Career Solutions is recruiting an experienced Part-Time Telesales Executive for an established business based in Norton Canes, near Cannock.

This is an office-based telesales position offering an hourly rate of £12.71 plus commission. The role is available on an ongoing temporary-to-permanent basis, providing an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers
• Promoting the company’s products and services
• Identifying sales opportunities and generating new business
• Building positive relationships with customers over the telephone
• Following up leads and enquiries
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
• Working towards agreed sales and performance targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales or telesales experience is essential
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A motivated, positive and target-driven approach
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Confidence using computers and customer databases
• Reliable and able to work from the Norton Canes office
