Client Success Manager – Fully Remote (UK)

Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 + Quarterly Bonus

Bespoke Career Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an innovative UK digital marketing agency that supports professional services businesses nationwide.

This Client Success Manager role is ideal for an experienced Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager who wants ownership, autonomy, and the chance to drive measurable client success.

About the Role – Client Success Manager

As Client Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of 15–20 clients and act as their primary point of contact. You will be responsible for retention, performance oversight, and ensuring clients clearly understand the ROI delivered across SEO, paid advertising and lead management services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Manage 15–20 client accounts
• Lead monthly performance and strategy calls
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Represent the client internally

Performance & Digital Marketing Oversight

• Monitor SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads performance
• Analyse KPIs including traffic, conversions, CPL and ROAS
• Identify trends and growth opportunities
• Deliver clear monthly performance reports

Retention, Growth & Strategy

• Drive client retention
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Resolve issues before escalation
• Improve onboarding and client success processes

Training & Enablement

• Deliver client training workshops
• Create and maintain client documentation
• Support clients in maximising marketing ROI

Requirements

Essential

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Client Success Manager or Account Manager role within a digital marketing agency
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media strategy
• Confident analysing digital marketing KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience delivering training or workshops
• Comfortable working remotely with a professional home office setup

Desirable

• Experience working with professional services or healthcare clients
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel
• Interest in AI tools and marketing automation
• Proven client retention success

Package

• £35,000 – £42,000 salary (DOE)
