Production Assembler

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Production Assembler to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Aldridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is practical, hands-on and has a good eye for detail. You will be responsible for assembling products and components to a high standard while working efficiently as part of a production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components accurately and efficiently.
• Follow production instructions, drawings and specifications.
• Use hand tools and basic workshop equipment safely.
• Check completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Identify and report any faults or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a production, assembly or manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Good practical and manual skills.
• Comfortable using hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to follow instructions and work to set procedures.
• Good team-working attitude.
• Previous manufacturing experience would be advantageous.

Working Hours & Pay

Monday–Friday, Day Shifts

£12.71 per hour
