Welder Fabricator Job in Rushall

Bespoke Career Solutions is recruiting an experienced Welder Fabricator for a short-term temporary position based in Rushall, West Midlands.

This is a hands-on welding and fabrication role involving the manufacture and repair of metal components. The successful candidate must be confident with MIG welding, fabrication and working accurately from engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out MIG welding and general metal fabrication work.
• Read and work accurately from engineering and fabrication drawings.
• Measure, mark out and prepare materials before fabrication.
• Cut, drill, grind, fit and assemble metal components.
• Use hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery safely.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the required specification.
• Complete repairs and modifications when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience working as a Welder Fabricator.
• Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills.
• Ability to work accurately from engineering drawings.
• Experience measuring, cutting, drilling and grinding metal.
• Confident using workshop machinery, hand tools and power tools.
• Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a manufacturing team.

Pay and Benefits
