    The Role

    As an HR Advisor, you will provide operational HR support across a variety of functions while working closely with the VP of HR, HR/Administrative Assistant and Site Director.

    This position plays an important role in supporting employees and managers with day-to-day HR activities while ensuring policies, procedures and HR documentation are maintained accurately.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
    • Assist with employee relations activities including documentation and follow-up
    • Support recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and candidate communication
    • Assist with onboarding processes and employee documentation
    • Support leave of absence (LOA) procedures and termination processes
    • Maintain HR files and employee records ensuring compliance and accuracy
    • Draft HR letters and administrative documents
    • Ensure HR systems and records are updated
    • Provide guidance on HR policies in collaboration with the HR team and Site Director
    • Support internal meetings and HR communications
    • Provide occasional support with site and facilities coordination where required

    Education

    A degree in Human Resources, Administration, Law or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

    Experience & Skills Required

    • Previous experience in HR support, HR administration or HR advisory roles
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices including employee relations and absence management
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Collaborative approach with the ability to work closely within an HR team
    • High level of organisation, attention to detail and confidentiality
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
    • Experience with ADP and Replicon systems would be advantageous
    • Comfortable working on site and interacting with employees and managers
