Your Role as a Production Operative / Assembler
As a Production Operative / Assembler, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring materials are accurately prepared and assembled to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting materials to required sizes
- Measuring and marking out components
- Assembling products using hand tools
- Following job sheets and instructions
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Ensuring quality standards are met
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing
- Ability to measure and work accurately
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday – Day shifts (39 hours per week)
