About the role
As a Foundry Operative, you will be working in a fast-paced heavy industrial environment supporting the production process. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in foundry work, casting, or similar heavy manufacturing environments.
Key responsibilities
- Operating machinery and equipment within a foundry setting
- Handling molten materials safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading materials using FLT (Counterbalance)
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
- Supporting production targets and quality standards
- General labouring and housekeeping duties within the facility
What we are looking for
- Valid FLT Licence (Counterbalance C/B) essential
- Previous experience in a foundry, casting environment, or heavy industry preferred
- Strong understanding of health and safety in industrial settings
- Physically fit and comfortable working in high-temperature environments
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused attitude
