As a Sprayer / Finisher, you will be responsible for producing high-quality finishes using specialist spray techniques on premium components. The role suits an experienced spray painter, finishing technician, or coatings specialist who takes pride in precision and detail.

Key Responsibilities

• High-end spray finishing using paint systems
• Working with GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) components
• Preparing surfaces for finishing including sanding and cleaning
• Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail
• Following health and safety procedures within the workshop
• Maintaining spray equipment and work areas

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Sprayer / Finisher or spray painter
• Experience with GRP or composite materials preferred
• Knowledge of paint preparation and finishing techniques
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and within a production team
