This role involves working within a fast-paced production environment, carrying out sub-assembly and production duties to support daily manufacturing targets.

Role Overview

As a Production Operative, you will play a key part in the production process, working as part of a team to ensure high-quality standards and efficient output are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Sub-assembly of components
• Fast-paced production line work
• Following manufacturing and quality procedures
• Using hand tools and basic production equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Meeting daily production targets

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Production Operative, Assembly Operative or Manufacturing Operative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working as part of a team

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm

Pay & Benefits

• £12.21 per hour
