Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday

Bespoke Career Solutions is recruiting Production Line Operatives to join a busy commercial vehicle manufacturing company based in Aldridge, Walsall.

This is a long-term opportunity offering a four-day working week and the potential to secure a permanent position. You will work as part of a production team, assembling components and helping products move efficiently through each stage of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on a fast-paced manufacturing production line
• Assembling commercial vehicle components and subsections
• Using hand tools, power tools and pneumatic air tools
• Following basic engineering and assembly drawings
• Measuring, marking out, drilling and fitting components
• Checking finished work for accuracy and quality
• Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
• Meeting daily production and quality targets
• Following all company health and safety procedures

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous production, assembly, manufacturing or engineering experience
• Confidence using hand tools and pneumatic air tools
• Ability to understand basic drawings and work instructions
• Good practical skills and attention to detail
• A reliable approach with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team
• Comfortable carrying out practical and physically active work
