As we begin 2026, I’ve taken some time to reflect on the journey of Bespoke Career Solutions since we officially began trading in September 2025.

In my 25 years in recruitment, I can honestly say the past few months have been some of the most intense, rewarding and fast-moving of my career. What started as a clear vision – to create a recruitment business built around people, trust and efficient systems – is quickly becoming a reality.

A Strong Start to the Year

We’re entering January with a growing pipeline of new vacancies and several brand-new clients joining us. This isn’t just about volume; it’s about quality partnerships, long-term relationships and delivering consistent results for both clients and candidates.

Our new website is now live, making it easier for candidates to find opportunities and for clients to connect with us. Alongside this, we’ve continued to refine our systems to remove friction from the recruitment process – creating smoother onboarding, clearer communication and faster turnaround times.

Technology plays a vital role in how we operate. From LinkedIn to our CRM systems and automated workflows, our tools allow us to move quickly and work efficiently.

We’ve also taken great pride in strengthening our foundations through accreditation and community involvement – joining Cannock Chase Chamber of Commerce, becoming members of the Federation of Small Businesses, signing the Armed Forces Covenant, and sponsoring Chasetown Football Club.
