Water Hygiene Supervisor – Glasgow
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (overtime available)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent
Bespoke Career Solutions Ltd are recruiting for an experienced Water Hygiene Supervisor to join a successful and expanding business in the Glasgow region. The Role:
- Assist with the recruitment, training and development of new and existing Water Hygiene Engineers
- Plan and organise workloads to meet contract briefs and productivity targets
- Liaise with clients, engineers and support staff to ensure work is completed to a high standard, within agreed timeframes and safety guidelines
- Conduct site risk assessments and inspections
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and clients
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and maintaining accurate records of completed work
What We’re Looking For:
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in Water Hygiene, ideally in a Supervisory or Team Leader position
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve and prioritise workloads
- Knowledge of ACoP L8 (Legionella) and water safety standards
