Bespoke Career Solutions are recruiting for an experienced MIG & TIG Fabricator Welder to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Brierley Hill, Dudley. This is a long-term temporary to permanent position offering consistent work and excellent prospects for the right candidate.

This role is ideal for a skilled MIG & TIG Fabricator Welder who enjoys fabricating bespoke products, working from technical drawings, and producing high-quality components using sheet metal and box section.

The Role

• Fabricating bespoke and designed-to-order products
• Working with sheet metal and box section
• Mainly MIG welding, with TIG welding required
• Reading, interpreting, and building from engineering drawings
• Producing work to a high standard and tight tolerances
• Maintaining a safe and tidy workshop environment

About You

• Proven experience as a MIG & TIG Fabricator Welder
• Strong MIG welding skills
• Competent and confident with TIG welding
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
• Experience producing bespoke or one-off fabrications
• Reliable, detail-focused, and hands-on approach
