Your Role as a Production Operative / Labourer

As a Production Operative / Labourer, you will support production processes while learning practical woodworking and joinery skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with general production duties
• Supporting bench joinery and carpentry work
• Handling and preparing wood materials
• Operating basic tools and machinery (training provided)
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Following health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in production, labouring, or manufacturing (preferred)
• Interest in woodworking, carpentry, or joinery
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday – Day shifts
