Solderer – Electronics Assembly (Telford)
Location: Telford
Shifts: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts
Pay: £12.21 – £13.00 per hour (depending on experience, weekly pay)

Bespoke Career Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced Solderer to join a growing electronics company in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled individuals seeking stable, long-term work in a supportive team environment.
The Role:
- Perform precision soldering tasks, including micro soldering on PCBs and small electronic components
- Diagnose and repair faults in phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics
- Assemble and rework printed circuit boards to specifications
- Follow technical drawings and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in soldering and electronics assembly
- Experience with micro soldering for small devices (phones, tablets) is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and precision
- Experience as an Electronics Technician, PCB Assembler, or similar role is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
