Location: Aldridge, Walsall
Shifts: Monday to Thursday – Day Shifts (3-day weekends)
Hours: 39 hours per week
Pay: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour (weekly pay)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Bespoke Career Solutions are recruiting for an experienced GRP Sprayer to join a well-established automotive manufacturing business in Aldridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Fibreglass Technician / GRP Laminator with experience in producing high-quality automotive components.

The GRP Sprayer Role:
- Spraying fibreglass (GRP) into moulds to manufacture automotive parts and components
- Applying gel coats and resins using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish
- Working with chopped strand matting and other reinforcement materials
- Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining moulds prior to spraying
- Ensuring all products meet strict quality and finish standards
- Trimming, finishing, and inspecting completed components where required
- Working to production schedules and meeting daily targets
- Following all health & safety procedures, particularly when handling resins, chemicals, and spraying equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Collaborating with colleagues across production to ensure efficient workflow
What we’re looking for in a GRP Sprayer:
- Proven experience as a GRP Sprayer, GRP Laminator, or Fibreglass Technician
- Experience within automotive or similar manufacturing environments is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of fibreglass spraying techniques, gel coats, and resins
- Knowledge of safe working practices when handling chemicals and materials
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
