GRP Sprayer
Location: Aldridge, Walsall
Shifts: Monday to Thursday, Day Shifts (long weekends off)
Pay: Negotiable depending on experience (weekly pay)
We are recruiting a skilled GRP Sprayer to join a well-established manufacturing team in the Aldridge area. This is an ongoing role with an immediate start, offering consistent hours and a supportive working environment.
The Role:
- Spraying GRP moulds using gel coat and chopped strand matting
- Preparing moulds and ensuring components are finished to a high standard
- Working to production targets and deadlines
- Following health and safety protocols when working with chemicals and resins
- Collaborating with a small, friendly team in a clean workshop environment
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a GRP Sprayer, Laminator, or Fibreglass Technician
- Good understanding of safe working practices with chemicals and resins
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
