Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Burntwood (Head Office)
Hours: 37 hours per week – Monday to Thursday: 7am to 3pm, Friday: 6am to 4pm
Contract Type: Permanent
The Role
Bespoke Career Solutions Ltd is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation at our client’s head office in Burntwood. This is a key role within the maintenance department, ensuring machinery runs efficiently and downtime is minimised through proactive and reactive maintenance support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment
- Ensuring optimised machinery output and product quality
- Responding efficiently to breakdowns to minimise production disruption
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and good engineering practices
What We’re Looking For
- Recognised engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical discipline)
- Proven experience within a manufacturing or production maintenance environment
- Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and safety standards within an engineering setting
- Flexible, proactive, and driven to achieve operational excellence
